Sales Channel Partner Application
Windside is now accepting applications to join our worldwide sales channel partner (SCP) network. Please read below to determine if you have the knowledge background & business model type which fits our needs. If so, then contact us.
We seek experienced & motivated partners who can immediately contribute to the growth & success of Windside’s business objectives. A good business match will deliver mutually positive results for many years to come.
There are 3 categories of Sales Channel Partners. Each type is a specific business model unto itself. You will need to demonstrate prior experience & success in the type(s) you apply for:
Representative: Responsible to promote & drive factory-direct sales to buyers in your territory. Buyers can be end-users or resellers. Assist buyers to identify needs, specify system, and complete sales order forms. Commission on sales.
Reseller (Dealer / Systems Integrator / OEM): To buy from Windside at a discount, add value, and resell into your market. Be responsible for whole sales process, installation, after-sales services, and 1st level warranty support.
National / regional distributor: To buy in bulk at discount, market, and sell Windside products to resellers in your area. Your primary business is import & distribution of power/electronic systems & related equipment.
Windside’s turbine systems & solutions are sold to specific target markets. We require you to have prior experience with at least some of these customer groups/types;
National/state/local government authorities, defense & security agencies, maritime navigation (AtoN), off-shore industry, shipbuilding, telecom, systems integration, private/public companies, architecture & construction industry, scientific community. NOTE: private/residential sales is NOT a target market, although some sales do occur.
The applicant company should already have experience with some of the following:
Sales & marketing, AC & DC power systems, renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.), hybrid-power systems, wind condition assessments, installation, maintenance, public tendering processes, aftersales service, etc.
